What can a DM do with this bundle?

- At the snowbound watch fort, a howling blizzard covers the approach of frost wights climbing over the drifted rampart snowbanks.
- Investigating a silent coastal headland watch fort reveals that smugglers have fortified the sea stairs, using the battery court as an artillery redoubt.
- At the abandoned customs post beside the narrow river bridge, rival mercenary companies clash over crossing rights, threatening to ignite the toll storehouses.
