1) About the Tavern

The GM Craft Tavern provides tabletop role-playing resources, creative tools, community features and a digital marketplace. 2) Accounts, eligibility and access

Our account-based creative services are intended for adults (18+). Keep your login details secure and provide accurate information when registering or purchasing. You may connect supported community or membership accounts voluntarily to access eligible benefits. Benefits, credits and allowances depend on the current offer and do not automatically transfer between accounts. Do not create or coordinate multiple accounts to evade limits, restrictions or bans.

We may restrict access or suspend an account when reasonably necessary to address abuse, unlawful activity, security risks or violations of these Terms. Where appropriate, you can contact us to request a review. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

3) Responsible use

Only upload or submit material you have the right to use. Respect copyright, trademarks, privacy, likeness and voice rights, including when editing a third-party image or submitting a reference. You must obtain any required permissions before using or sharing your inputs or outputs.

Do not use our services for sexual exploitation or sexualized depictions of minors, non-consensual intimate imagery, impersonation, unlawful or hateful activity, harassment, infringement, fraud, security abuse, or attempts to bypass safeguards. Our creative generation tools are designed for tabletop role-playing and related fantasy or gaming projects, not unrelated mass production. We may refuse a request, remove material or limit access to protect users, rights holders and the service.

4) Creative tools and your creations

You retain the rights you have in material you submit. You authorize us and the providers needed to deliver the service to host, process and adapt that material for the requested operation, security, support and lawful administration. Your uploads and generated results are private by default unless you choose to publish or share them through an available feature. Authorized staff may review relevant material privately for moderation, support or safety.

Generated results may resemble existing works or include errors; we cannot guarantee uniqueness, ownership, legal clearance or suitability for any particular use. You may use outputs commercially or resell them to the extent permitted by applicable law, third-party rights and the terms of the specific feature or product. We do not claim ownership of your original submissions merely because you use a tool. See our Privacy Policy for how submissions and results are handled.

5) Marketplace, purchases and downloads

Each listing describes what is included, its price, access conditions and any product-specific licence. A free download or membership benefit is not automatically a licence to redistribute or resell the underlying pack. Check the listing and the files supplied with a product before reuse. Purchases are completed through a payment provider; access to paid downloads is granted after a confirmed payment and may be withdrawn following a refund, chargeback, fraud or breach of the applicable licence. Download links may expire and can be renewed while your entitlement remains valid.

Applicable taxes, payment methods, cancellation and refund rights depend on your location, the checkout information and mandatory law. Nothing in these Terms limits statutory consumer rights. For an order or download problem, contact us using the address above.

6) Community contributions and external services

Community features and project submissions may be moderated before or after publication. Submit only material you are entitled to share and avoid posting personal information about others. Public contributions can be seen and copied by others; private tool outputs are not made public merely by creating them. Optional connections and links to third-party services are subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

7) Availability and changes

Tools may have usage limits and may change, pause or be removed for maintenance, safety, legal or operational reasons. We aim to describe material changes clearly. Creative tools and community content are provided as available; we cannot promise uninterrupted access or a particular generated result. This does not exclude guarantees or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.

8) Reports, privacy and legal rights

To report an infringement or harmful content, email [email protected] with the relevant page or item and an explanation; do not send sensitive documents unless requested through an appropriate channel. Our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy explain personal-data processing and your choices.

9) Updates and applicable law

We may revise these Terms as the service or law changes. The date above identifies the current version; material changes will be communicated where appropriate. French law applies, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections or legal remedies available in their place of residence.
