What can a DM do with this bundle?
- The powder storeyard's blast walls are cracked from a recent explosion — the party must decide whether to salvage the remaining gunpowder or let the yard burn.
- A ballista workshop is mid-production: half-finished bolt bundles litter the floor, and a winch frame is jammed. A skilled Artificer can free it before the enemy's vanguard arrives.
- The winter supply compound's salt sheds are guarded by a grinning merchant who claims the salt is 'for preserving something much more valuable than fish.'
- In the undercroft armory, the chain lift groans as a crate of captured siege weapons rises into the light. The crate's seal bears the crest of an enemy lord the party has not yet met.
