1) Who we are
This website and its tools (including the free Token Maker) are operated by SacredArtDesigns (“we”, “us”, “our”).

2) What this service does
We provide a free Token Maker that applies circular frames to portraits and lets you download the result.
3) Your responsibilities
You must only upload content you have the right to use. Do not upload illegal, harmful, or infringing material, do not attempt to disrupt the service, and do not reverse-engineer or misuse our code or assets.
4) Intellectual property
- You retain rights in the content you upload. You grant us a non-exclusive license to host/process it solely to provide the tool.
- Frames and UI we provide remain our (or our licensors’) IP. You may use the exported tokens for personal or commercial tabletop/VTT use, but you must not resell our frames as standalone files.
5) Availability & changes
The service is provided “as is”, without guarantee of uninterrupted availability. We may update, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.
6) Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the service giving rise to the claim (currently the tool is free).
7) Law & venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of France. Courts of your place of residence may apply where consumer law grants mandatory rights.
